Questions about CBD

3What's the difference between hemp seed oil and CBD oil?
Hemp seed oil is made by pressing raw hemp seeds and collecting the liquid oil that is expelled. It is a good supplement and cooking additive. It does not have concentrated cannabinoids or terpenes. CBD is made by extraction from the hemp plant. This concentrates the active cannabinoids and terpenes to very high percentages, resulting in the CBD oil.

Legally, the two plants are separately defined by the Agricultural Appropriations Act of 2014, which establishes "Industrial Hemp" as a Cannabis sativa plant with a THC concentration below 0.3 percent by weight.
5What is the 2018 Farm Bill?
Every five years, Congress passes legislation that sets national agriculture, nutrition, conservation, and forestry policy, commonly referred to as the “Farm Bill”. The most recent version of this bill was enacted on December 20th, 2018 approximately 8 months after the bill was introduced.
